Diabetic Patient with Piles

Gender: Male
Age: 60
Date: June, 2013
Location: Tokyo, Japan

Patient was fighting with diabetes for last 15 years. He had a long family history relating to his problem as his parents died due to heart-related illness and cancer. This patient’s height was 6 feet and weight 110 kg, which is quite justifiable by his sitting job for long hours everyday since years. His curiosity about the medical illness taken him to different parts of the world in search of proper treatment for what he was suffering from.

The symptoms included sudden drowsiness even at work place, foot swelling, joints pain, and gastric issues. He loved spicy and heavy (fatty) foods. However, the gastrointestinal disease made him feel miserable whenever he ate any spicy food. His list of medicines included one for each: BP, Diabetes, Piles, Joints pain, and Gastric problem. He even used external medicines for piles which didn’t do any good as he came in pain almost every time from the wash room.
I started his treatment after proper diagnosis of the things which were left undiscovered but impacted his overall illness. Prescribed medicines and right after one month, he was able to quit the external medicine for piles. After 6 months of consistent treatment and monitoring, he recovered completely from piles and a high degree of betterment was seen in related illnesses. The patient very well followed the precautionary measures I set for him in terms of food which contributed to the overall treatment as well.
